Guaranteed Letting Agreement

In your first year of ownership you could earn up to £6,300 by joining our Guaranteed Letting Agreement (GLA). The amount of income guaranteed can be used to offset the purchase price of your Holiday Home or put towards your site fees for your second year of ownership. Your Holiday Home will be left in top condition after each use and any lost or damaged standard inventory will be replaced.

Premier Subletting Service

We also offer a Premier Subletting Service which offers you the chance to earn income throughout the season. We offer a fully managed service with a dedicated on Park team member to look after your needs throughout the holiday season.

You will also be offered a full host of benefits which include;

Please note: Subletting is available at all Parks, with the exception of Far Grange.

Accommodation Service Promise

For peace of mind when subletting your Holiday Home with us we guarantee that our Park team will carry out a multi point checklist to ensure your Holiday Home is cleaned and checked prior to your arrival. In the event of dissatisfaction and / or non-resolution of any issue, Owners will receive a £50 account credit.
